Free Shipping 

We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal (excluding shipping and taxes) of $25 or more within the contiguous United States.  Orders under a subtotal of $25 will be subject to a $13.99 shipping fee.  Additional shipping charges will apply to orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. Equipment, such as table and tubs are excluded from the Free Shipping offer and are subject to a $300 shipping charge. 

RESTRICTIONS:  We cannot ship aerosols, flammable items, or items containing hazardous chemicals outside of the contiguous United States.  If we see these items on your order, they will be removed and refunded.

Pick Up In-Store

We now offer the option to pick up orders in-store from the Groomers Pro Showroom. To use this service please select “Pick Up In-Store” during checkout. Please note you will still need to add a shipping address. The Groomers Pro Showroom is located at 3437 W El Segundo Blvd. Hawthorne, CA 90250. Get directions here. When do I know when my order is ready?

You will receive an email notifying you that you order status has been updated to “awaiting pickup.” This means your order is ready for collection.  

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

The processing time for your order is 2 hours. Once your order is ready you will receive an order notification, informing you that your order is awaiting pickup. If you wish to pick up your order on the same day, then please have your order placed before 1:30 PM Pacific (PT). You can collect your order between 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM PT, Monday-Friday. Please note that we are closed during weekends and federal holidays.

Where do I go to collect my order?

We are located at 3437 W El Segundo Blvd. Hawthorne, CA 90250. Once you arrive at Groomers Pro, enter the main warehouse door and collect your order from the cash register. Please have your order details ready.

During what hours can I collect my order?

You can collect your order between 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM PT. Please allow a processing time of 2 hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.   

Is there a cut-off time to pick up my order the same day?

Any order placed before 1:30 PM PT can still be picked up on the same day. Any order placed after 1:30 PM PT will not be available for pick-up until the following business day. You can collect your order between 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM PT.

How long do I have to collect my order?

You have 5 business days to collect your order. If you have not collected within this time frame, then we will cancel and refund your order.

I don’t live here, but I’m visiting – can I still use Pick Up In-Store?

Yes, if your billing address is within the USA. You do not have to be within a 50-mile radius or a Californian resident to use this service.

Is your facility open to the public?

Yes, you can visit our showroom to test equipment and buy grooming supplies. Our showroom is open 8:00 AM – 4.00 PM PT and is located at 3437 W El Segundo Blvd. Hawthorne, CA 90250. Get directions here

Returns

We will accept most new and unopened items in the original box with all original items and any promotional items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s) (see below for detailed information.) 
 
Customers responsible for return shipping costs. 
 
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided if the item you received is incorrect. 
 
FINAL SALE ITEMS: All shears, blades, clearance or discontinued items, and large equipment (tables, tubs, and cages) are a final sale. 
 
CLIPPERS: All clippers must be returned within 7 days from the receipt date of your order and are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the condition of the clipper. All original items that were included in the box must be in the original outer packaging when returned. 
 
DRYERS: All dryers are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All original items included in the items box must be in the original outer packaging when returned. 
 
If your order was placed on groomerspro.com, please request your return through your Groomers Pro account. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for returning your item(s). 
 
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks from the time you send the item back. In many cases, you will receive your refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 
 
All returns are to be shipped to the following address with a copy of your invoice/receipt or a note with your name, phone number, order number, a copy of your return authorization and the reason for the return.

You can request returns in store per returns information listed above. 
For items being returned that were paid for with cash are subject to a maximum $100.00 cash back with any remainder issued via check mailed within 14 business days from the return date.
