White Ice Chalk is an ultra fine 325 meshed blend. Whitens white, texturizes and builds body all in one application. For use on all coat textures. Non-clumping with each individual hair strand springing to life before your eyes. Adheres evenly, brushes out easily. Natural feel, texture and astonishing appearance. Does not contain bleach or peroxides.
