Shipping & Returns

 

Returns

We will accept most new and unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the order.  We will provide a prepaid return shipping label if the item received was incorrect or defective.  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks from the time you send the item back.  In many cases, you will receive your refund sooner.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time is takes the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

FINAL SALES:  All shears, blades, clearance or discontinued items, and large equipment (tables, tubs, and cages) are final sale.

APPAREL:  All apparel is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping

We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more within the contiguous United States.  Orders under $100 will be subject to a $9.99 shipping fee.  Additional shipping charges will apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

RESTRICTIONS:  We cannot ship aerosols, flammable items, or items containing hazardous chemicals outside of the contiguous United States.  If we see these items on your order, they will be removed and refunded.

 

International Shipping

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at check out.  All international orders are final sale.
