Shipping Policy
There are several methods for shipping your order:
1. Regular UPS Delivery:
Most order will be shipped via UPS ground unless you choose a different method during the checkout process.
2. Motor Freight Items (Such as: Tubs, Cages, Dryers, Tables and Furniture):
Heavy and Large products that are shipped by Truck (Motor Freight) are clearly marked on the Product Details Page as “Freight charges will be quoted for approval after order is placed.” For these products, complete the checkout process for your order and before we process your order and charge your credit card, we will email you a Freight Quote for your approval.
3. Route Delivery:
We Service Los Angeles and Orange Counties with our bi-weekly mobile showroom. If you are currently serviced by one of our trucks in these areas and want to place an order for delivery during your next scheduled service date, please select “Route Delivery Shipping Options”. Some items that are delivered via motor freight or drop shipped from our suppliers may be delivered by UPS from the Supplier and regular delivery charges may apply.
Restrictions:
We cannot ship aerosols, flammables or hazardous chemicals via Air or outside the United States.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
