Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Groomerspro.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Groomerspro.com will accept the return of merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product returned is in a saleable condition. All boxes, packaging, and accessories must be returned.
- A restocking fee of 20% of the item's purchase price may be charged when: (1) an item is returned without a box or packaging or (2) is not saleable.
- The return must be inspected before applying credit or before giving a replacement or a refund. Seasonal items, special orders, books, videos, and DVD’s, may not be returned for exchange or credit.
Merchandise under the Manufacturer's Warranty Period must be returned to the Manufacturer for repair or replacement.
- Shears and Clipper Blades sales are final. Please see factory card for 10-day blade guarantee.
- Freight items shipped directly from the manufacture are not returnable.

Refunds
We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return.
For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
· 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
· 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
· The time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Product-Specific Returns
Some items (such as: Tubs, Cages, Tables or dryers) may have special returns policies. Please call us for more information.
Non-Returnable Items
Groomerspro.com does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Any seasonal items, special orders, books, videos, and DVD’s
- Gift Certificates

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item call or email us. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our return process and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
Large Items Shipped By Specialty Carriers
We are happy to accept returns for large items that are shipped via our specialty shippers. These items do require a special type of return and cannot be returned with our standard return process. If you need to return an item shipped via a specialty shipper, please call us and request the return. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item.
Note: Any return that is not the result of our error will be subject to a return and handling shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.
